Landwer Hayabusa takes Best in Class at GAMS 2012

Jonathon Landwers 2006 Suzuki Hayabusa , featured on the OTC website, took best in class at the Great American Motorcycle Show in Norcross, Ga. Featured against 8 other bikes in class, the OTC custom took 1st place with the 2nd gen imitation paint scheme, custom airbrush artwork , gsxr tail conversion, and full out powder coating.

Spring is near, Bike week is right around the corner!

This year in Ga we have experienced the warmest winter months I can remember. With spring right around the corner now is a great time to get your bike ready for the streets. Over TWO Customs is busy painting, customizing, and repairing many customer vehicles and we are looking forward to servicing many more as the days get warmer and longer.

Here is a check list of things to address before getting back on your bike and heading for the hills.

- Chain tension and cleanliness. One of the most valuable and crucial parts to your bike can be its chain. Chains are made of steel and therefore are susceptible to rust when not cared for. A rusty chain can be very hazardous to operate. Dirt and grease can also be a chain killer. O ring style chains rely on rubber o rings to separate the links . If they become dry and brittle they will no longer be a solid barrier between the two and can cause unwanted damage to your chain requiring immediate replacement. Be sure to clean and lube your chain regularly.

- Tire Pressures and Tread life are also very vital to the performance of your vehicle. Many riders dont operate their motorcycles during the winter months and thus forget that tire pressures fluctuate with changes in temperatures. Always check your tire pressures before riding especially if your bike has been sitting unattended. Tread depth is a vital part of water displacement and stopping power. Don’t wait until the belt is showing to replace your tires!

Detroit Lions Hayabusa

Quizit brought his 2006 Hayabusa to OTC for some custom artwork. A Detroit Lions fan wanted a bike that represented his team with a little added attitude. The Hayabusa was base coated with a bright white pearl. Next the suzuki Vigor Blue was added for the jersey stripes and jersey numbers as well as team logo. The left side was given a torn up look while the right side was given one bad ass lion ready for war. All graphics and artwork painted by Lorne Milz at OTC.

TKK Gourmet – Custom Painted Meat Box

Tony King of TK Gourmet, TKGourmet.com , approached Over TWO Customs about a custom painted mobile freezer for his high end meat delivery service. The freezer box was painted on arrival to match a previous vehicle used for the business and it needed an update. Tony wanted to take the graphics to the next level for his business and really stand out on the road. He left the design up to Lorne and the result is one over the top, professional , mobile advertising knockout.

The freezer was base coated with Nissan Q10 white. All graphics were painted on with Gold Pearl and Blue metallic. The Lobster claws were airbrushed by Lorne Milz and Alex Anderson.

This is one freezer that will give you a double take.

Honda 954 – Back in Black

This Honda 954 has undergone a remake from top to bottom.

New bodywork prepped and custom painted at OTC.

Wheels powder coated & New tires installed

Custom grips, top triple clamp, mirrors, undertail, levers, and frame sliders installed.

Powdercoated rearsets.

Seat upholstery on front and rear.

Custom HID Projector conversion on low beams with HALO and Devil Eye integration as well as high beam HID conversion.

Bad Dad 1700 Conversion

2005 Yamaha VStar 1700

This Yamaha Vstar has received a stretched fender, stretched bags, and custom pipes courtesy of Over TWO Customs, BadDad.com, and LA Choppers.

The Stretched bags and fender were fitted , prepped, painted, and installed by OTC. The LA Chopper exhaust was added for clearance and to add an overall badass look and sound to the bike.

The cat eye tail lights double as integrated turn signals.

Zuski – 08′ GSXR 750

Rios 2008 GSXR 750 went from stock to Zuski in just 8 days. This 2008 GSXR 750 began with a black and orange OEM paint scheme, chrome wheels, and an idea to stand out among the crowd.

The wheels were removed and OTC custom painted the inside of the wheel and extruding center lip, along with contrasting rotors.

The black bodywork as painted pearl white and the stock orange was given a custom look to really make the white pop.

The rearsets and levers were removed and powder coated gloss black to finish this custom street bike with a real clean look.
